Geared dosing and mixing system for the processing of liquid to high-viscosity two- component materials
The plant is laid out in compact style and elegant industrial design. The inside of the Conti Flow Compact is clearly arranged - a spatial seperation of electrical engineering and machine technology is adhered. The plant is intentionally built in the height in order to keep the base as small as possible.
Parameter setting is carried out at the operator panel only which is provided with a big screen. The screen is integrated ergonomically into the plant. In addition, the plant is easy of servicing and can be moved effortless. In order to meet our customer´s requirements the standard plant can be equipped with a variable material feeding unit- thus providing a flexibility of processing from low to high viscous materials. The use of servo-drives ensures highest dosing precision.
