Continuously heated machine system
Heating cabinets make it possible to heat all machine components enclosed therein continuously without any cold spots. A uniform temperature distribution is obtained and the system can be heated up relatively quickly and evenly. Besides, good insulation of the heating cabinets ensures high energy efficiency of the system.
Circulating air heaters are employed for cabinets housing 10 litre up to 250 litre single-wall tanks. For larger tanks up to 2000 litres a combination of double-wall tanks with temperature control and circulating air is used.
